Welcome to ScalerGridTech. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

ScalerGridTech provides services including:

• Website Design & Development

• UI/UX Design

• Branding & Logo Design

• Website Maintenance

• SEO & Digital Optimization

• Custom Web Solutions

All services are provided based on an agreed proposal, quotation, or written communication.

2. Project Scope & Revisions

• A detailed scope will be agreed upon before project commencement.

• Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.

• Revision limits (if applicable) will be specified in the project agreement.

• Significant changes after approval may be treated as a new project.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before project commencement.

• The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or website transfer.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

• Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, credentials, and materials on time

• Review deliverables and provide feedback promptly

• Ensure they have legal rights to all content provided

ScalerGridTech is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete communication or missing materials.

5. Client Non-Response Policy

Timely communication is essential for project completion.

If the client fails to respond to emails, messages, or requests for required information within 5 working days during an active project:

• The project may be placed on hold without notice.

• If no response is received after 5 working days, ScalerGridTech reserves the right to terminate the contract.

• Any payments made up to that point are non-refundable.

• Re-starting the project may require a new agreement and additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved design and website transfers to the client.

• ScalerGridTech reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

• Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScalerGridTech shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Business losses or loss of profits

• Issues arising from third-party software or plugins

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive project information except as required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice.

In case of termination:

• The client must pay for all completed work up to the termination date.

• Outstanding invoices become immediately payable.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of  (India / UK / US)

11. Changes to Terms

ScalerGridTech reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
